The champion of Bar Madness 2020 will receive:
- A $100 gift certificate to the Old Port Sea Grill and raw bar
- A copy of The Aviary Cocktail Book
- A trip for 2 to Chicago to attend a 7-Course Kitchen Table Experience for 2 people at The Aviary in Chicago. This prize includes a 7-course exclusive cocktail and food pairing menu, served by The Aviary chefs, inside The Aviary kitchen. Airfare is included in the form of a $750 airline voucher.
- A 2-night stay at the luxurious Sophy Hotel in Hyde Park while you are in Chicago.
- The winner will also receive an automatic slot in the Quarterfinals Round at next year’s Bar Madness Competition as the defending champion.
- The approximate value of the grand prize is $2,500.
The runner-up of Bar Madness 2020 will receive:
- A $50 gift certificate to the Old Port Sea Grill and raw bar
- A 2-hour Casco Bay cruise for up to 40 people aboard a catamaran, courtesy of Fogg’s Boatworks
